At H&A, we put quality and customer satisfaction first.
However, due to the nature of our drops and limited stock, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:


✅ Eligible Returns

You can request a return or exchange only if

A - You received the wrong item, wrong size, or a defective product.

B- The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging and condition.


⏱️ Time Limit

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report any issues.

After this period, we will no longer be able to process returns or exchanges.


📦 Return Process

Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photo proof of the issue.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a return pickup or exchange depending on your location.

Refunds (if approved) will be issued as store credit or cash depending on the case.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

Items returned without prior approval.

Items damaged due to misuse or worn clothing.

Orders refused upon delivery without valid reason.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
